Addie Grace's Toe...

Like many moms, I wish that I often had a tape recorder on my boys to remember the clever and funny things that come out of their mouths. Last night was no exception. Parker frequently likes to see my pregnant belly. Unfortunately, this is usually in the middle of Target or while I am deep in a conversation with someone. All of a sudden, he sneaks in and quickly lifts my shirt. Luckily, I am usually fast enough to stop him before I become humiliated. When we are home alone, I let him see my belly whenever he wants to.
Last night just before bed I was on the couch with Parker and Cambell. Parker was looking at my bare belly and waiting (not so patiently) for Addie Grace to move...he suddenly noticed my belly button which is mostly an "outie" now. He never hesitated and said, "Look Mommy, It's Addie Grace's toe!!!" He was so sure of himself too. I thought I would wet my pants I laughed so hard!!! The funny thing is that I can totally see how a 4 year old would think that! I almost took a picture of it to post, but decided I would keep my dignity!
