37 Minutes

...That would be the number of minutes Addie Grace and I had a stand off last night. A stand off of who was the most stubborn. I WON. Miss Priss bit me and then refused to say she was sorry. She would shake her head "no" when you asked her if she was sorry. Um, no I don't think so.

So yes, we went head to head for a whopping 37 minutes. I had her ready for her bath and was asking for an apology when it became clear that she was indeed not sorry. So, I sat her fanny on the rug in the bathroom and I sat my fanny on the edge of the tub and there we sat. For 37 minutes. Yep. Finally, she gave in and said she was sorry! Thank the Lord because I was about to give in!! I realized about 10 minutes into it that I had to stick with it or I was gonna be in trouble, so that I did. The sad part is, I don't think she was truly sorry, she just said it to be able to get up! ha! I think I have my work cut out for me!
