Baby Girl Starts 2K~sniff sniff

So, I now realize this is the last "first day of school" for our family. Pass the Kleenex please. I can hardly believe it. Time is flying. Time is passing too fast! My baby girl is growing up before my eyes and it is amazing. I love the age she is at. Independent, adventurous, but still quite dependent on mommy and daddy. I realized a couple of days ago that when her brothers were her age, we were welcoming home a new baby. Parker was 2 years and 3 months when Cambell was born, and Cambell was 2 years and 9 months with she was born. I would not trade that for anything. I do, however, now realize that I didn't soak up this age fully with them. Not because I didn't want to, but because life didn't really allow me to. It makes me sad in a way that I flew through those days with the boys, but it made our family what it is today, and that is a gift.
But, I digress. Addie Grace LOVES school. She has cried a couple of times when it was not a school day for her. She only goes on Tuesday and Thursday from 9-12. It is perfect. She comes home singing new songs and talking about God and the Bible. She has rocked her babies singing "Jesus Loves Me" at least 50 times since school started. I hope and pray she will have a great first year of school.
