Riverbanks Zoo

Parker's K-5 class took a field trip to the zoo last week. Thankfully, my job now allows me to go on field trips and then go to work for the afternoon! We all had a great time. The weather was beautiful and it was great to share a day with just Parker-we don't get many one on one days anymore!

This was Parker's FAVORITE part of the zoo! He asked from the time we got there to see the lions and tigers-you would know that it was the last animal we saw!

We were lucky enough to get to see our family for about 2 minutes as we were leaving! Kristin (my sister-n-law) brought her girls Maddy and Haleigh and a few other friends and therapist came too. Unfortunately, they were arriving as we were leaving so there was only time for a few hugs and then we had to leave!
