It is hard to believe that I am now the parent of a "rising 1st grader"! Ha! It seems crazy to me that Parker will be in 1st Grade next year! This has been a fantastic year for him in school and I hope and pray that next year is just as great! The K-5 class presented a cute assortment of songs that were based on things they had worked on all year. The program was rounded off with a tear jerking slide show (why must they play that sad music???)! After the program we enjoyed a nice reception in the gym for all the students and families. The kids all played and said their final goodbyes for the year. Goodbye K-5, Hello 1st Grade!

There were 5 girls from the K-5 class who took dance all year from Kelly's School of Performing Arts. They performed a special dance for us and is was wonderful!

And the year would not be complete without a photo of Chloe and Parker to round it all off! Rumor has it they "broke up" just before school ended, but one can never tell.
