We are fully ready for the Christmas Season to be here! I love Christmas. It is my favorite time of the year for so many reasons. As the years pass, the reasons change but it will always be my favorite time. The decorating of the house took an entire week to complete, but it is finally done. Well, that is except for putting away to boxes that are stacked at the door and ready to return to storage. This was our first time decorating our house so it was challenging trying to figure out where I wanted to put all of our stuff. I only took pictures of the big stuff in the house but I have stuff throughout the house.
As we begin the Christmas season, I hope all of you take time to enjoy your family and friends. I know that for me I love watching the excitement in the boys about Santa and all the fun things that come along with it. But most importantly, I want them to know the real reason for the season and try to remind them of that often.

This is how I found my tree a few days ago...I had only started the lights and did not get to finish. I was summoned to the tree to help retrieve their paper airplanes! I later found a plastic bracelet and just today as I finally added the ornaments, I found a gold pirate coin!

Your home is gorgeous! I'm dying to come see it in person. Even though we have a new house, my dream house is white with black shutters...and a red roof! So, obviously I am in love with yours. Thanks for the reminder to remember to keep Christ in Christmas. It's such a happy time! Hope you are feeling well. Are you coming to the get together at my house next Saturday?
