Egg Hunting, Balloon Popping, & Good Times!

Our Easter Sunday afternoon was fun filled and relaxing! We had lunch with Chad's family followed by multiple egg hunts, laps around the yard, and lastly, a balloon popping contest. This was a game I had never seen but it sure was fun! Each child had a balloon (or two) tied around their ankle(s) and they tried their best not to let anyone pop their balloons...the last balloon standing wins. I didn't get many pictures of this, but it certainly gave us grown ups a good laugh and the kids loved it.

Addie Grace wasn't really able to enjoy the egg hunting or the balloon popping so I just sat her in the grass for a little photo shoot and let her play. Unfortunately, she hates the feel of grass on her feet and generally will not touch it or stand up in it! Kinda crazy since she constantly eats dirt! Ha! Anyway, I thought these were cute candid shots of her and I couldn't choose which ones to post so here is a slew of pictures of her...
