Just a Little Trim...

....or perhaps an out and out SCALPING!! My dear sweet Cambell gave himself a lovely haircut today. He was minding his own business this morning, playing with his paper and scissors, as he often does, and apparently he wasn't quite satisfied with just paper. Chad's mom said she looked over to find him walking to and from the trash can neatly placing hand fulls of hair in it! Well, at least he's a neat little one when he makes a disaster out of his hair, right?

I soon received a picture on my phone of his smiling face and his scalp peaking through at me and I was a gasp. I had to go see it for myself even though I should have been on my way to work. Yep, it was as bad as the picture looked. He had little to say for himself. The smirk on his face said about all I needed to hear. I let him know that it was not OK he had done it and if he ever did it again he would get a spanking, and then I got a good laugh out of it. What else can you do, right? And tonight as he said his prayers, he asked for forgiveness for cutting his hair so I think he realizes he should not have done it and hopefully will never do it again!

Unfortunately, Joy can't see him until Thursday afternoon to try to fix it in some way. Try. Please. Try. He will probably be buzzed....oh, I hope not. Pictures of the updated haircut to follow soon!
