We celebrated Christmas with Chad's parents and sister's family on Christmas Eve-Eve! I had worked and then we had haircut appointments that we could not miss. We didn't get there until nearly 8:00 and the kids were about to bust with excitement by this time! We let each person open their gifts one by one so that we could all see what everyone got. The anticipation of this nearly kills the kids! It was lots of fun as usual. We missed Melissa, Brian, Brianna, and Bryson and hope they will be able to join us next year!

For as long as I have known Chad, I have heard the story of the Christmas that he snuck and looked at his present from his sister Brandi...she found out about it and took his present back and gave him a box of chocolate covered cherries. This was for old times sake!
