Go Swamp Foxes

Parker was fortunate enough to be able to play on a travel ball team this summer. It was the perfect team for him and our family. They practiced twice a week and played 3 weekends this summer. We went to the beach, Lexinton, and Florence. Not too little, not too much. He learned a lot and loved every minute of it. It was definitely a new experience for him because these teams use pitching machines and he has never batted off a pitching machine except the occasional batting cage. It was a frustrating start because he couldn't make contact with the ball. We ended up ordering one of the machines off Amazon and within 30 minutes of Chad working with him, he was smacking the ball! He was so proud of himself and so are we! He was very disappointed when he realized he was finished playing for the summer...til next year!
