Football Awards

I do believe my oldest child is hooked. On football, that is. He has always loved sports. Football has become a close 2nd to baseball in his eyes now. It was amazing to see how much he improved since last year. He plays full on tackle football and he was a pretty tough match this year. Not that I want other players to get hurt, but I must say he sent at least 10 players to the sidelines this year. Good, clean, hard hits. That's what did it. (And no one was hurt more than their breath being knocked out!). Bruce was a great coach and bragged on him quite a bit during their awards time. He said Parker has heart, and gives 100% no matter what. He said Parker is the type of kid that coaches love to have on their team. Way to go buddy, we are so proud of you!

In this picture Bruce is saying that Parker's jersey is dirty, always dirty. Not because I don't wash it well, but because he plays so hard it won't come clean!
