Pumpkin Carving

I put off our pumpkin carving as long as I could. I kept telling the kids, "maybe tomorrow" or "sure we'll do it, just not right now". It became clear that the begging was not going to stop until we indeed carved a pumpkin. We only had about 10 to choose from around the house from the various pumpkin patches we went to. Let me just say I am so glad I didn't put it off one more day. It was such a sweet time and the kids loved every minute of it. Good, sweet memories. Messy memories, but sweet memories! Life is good.
