Paint!
They have been painting this weekend...painted the rails on the front porch and the inside. We are very pleased with the color...we were just having "eggshell paint with white trim" and were planning to paint once we moved in and I was able to decide on the colors. The "eggshell" has so much more color than I imagined and think I will be happy for a while before I feel the need to paint! They still have a good bit of touching up but you can get the idea.

I like the eggshell color, Lee. That's the color in our current house and we have loved it!
