The reason to bake cupcakes...

to lick the spoon, of course!! This is also my favorite part! We baked strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese icing but we ate so much batter that we could hardly eat any cupcakes until the next day! Parker loves to help me cook so I let him pour and stir and crack eggs-of course I had to fish out a few shells, but it was fun!
